Acquisitions Associate

Franco Mazzetta serves as an Acquisitions Associate, responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate investment opportunities across targeted markets. In this role, he works closely with the underwriting team to evaluate transactions and advance investments through execution.

Franco brings over three years of professional experience in commercial real estate, including transaction analysis, negotiations, and deal execution. He also offers more than 10 years of construction experience in the United States, providing valuable insight into building systems, cost evaluation, and capital planning, thereby strengthening underwriting discipline and execution oversight.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from UNEFA (Venezuela) and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Real Estate at Florida International University (FIU). Franco is recognized for his analytical rigor, solutions-oriented mindset, and commitment to executing investments aligned with long-term investor objectives.
